This is a thrilling boat tour and weather conditions may vary.

This tour is not suitable for:

• pregnant women

• children under 2

• persons with back, neck or heart problems

• persons with serious medical conditions

• persons with a history of seizures, dizziness or fainting

• persons with limited mobility

The maximum weight limit per person is 300 lbs.

For the best experience be sure to bring:

• sunscreen

• a towel

• identification

• your sense of adventure

All passengers will be given instructions/ training in the safe use of the type of equipment used during the boat charter.

We only offer private boat tours/ excursions. Only the party booking the tour will be present on the vessel along with captain and crew. This allows you to modify your itinerary as needed and provides a more intimate experience.

A 20% deposit is required to secure bookings. You will receive a secure payment link via the email address you provide in the booking form. All customizations for the charter are to be entered in the section of the booking form labeled "Comments". All holiday bookings are subject to a mandatory 15% gratuity.

• Cancellations made by the party before 24 hours of the confirmed charter time will be issued a 80% refund.

• Cancellations made by the party less than 24 hours before the confirmed charter time will not be issued a refund.

• Cancellations made by the party 72 hours or more before the confirmed charter time will be issued a full refund.

• No shows will not be issued a refund.

• Cancellation by the captain due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will result in a 100% refund.

• Boat charters do not have a minimum requirement for the number of guests. Therefore, if one or more persons in the party does not show up, no refund

  in part or full will be issued.
